Why is a deactivated Ambassador still receiving messages?

Student and Staff Ambassadors cannot receive new chats from prospective students if they are deactivated.

However, Student and Staff Ambassadors can still receive chats from existing conversations they were having with prospective students before they were deactivated.

If you do not want them to receive new chats OR chats from existing conversations, please contact the Support Team with the email addresses of those ambassadors and we will archive them for you.
