When you invite Ambassadors to create their Unibuddy account, they register with a specific email address. Once their profile is set up, they can’t change this email themselves.
But don’t worry - it’s a quick fix! 🎉
If an Ambassador needs to update their email, here’s what to do:
Ask them to contact our Support Team at [email protected].
They’ll need to include:
Their current email address (the one linked to their Ambassador profile).
The new email address they’d like to use.
Our team will update the account for them. ✨
