Sending Broadcasts
You can send a broadcast to any or all of your Ambassadors - which will be a message that will appear in their inbox from the University.
What can this be used for?
This is best used to send updates or guidance to your Ambassadors/prospects to get the best out of your Unibuddy platform.
How to send a broadcast?
You can send a broadcast from your University Admin Dashboard. This can be done for both Ambassadors and Prospects.
Ambassador Broadcast
To send a broadcast to your Ambassadors, follow the see steps below:
Select the Buddies tab on the navigation bar.
Click the Active tab.
Select all Ambassadors you wish to send the broadcast to.
Click the Send Broadcast button.
Ambassadors can reply to broadcasts which will arrive in your inbox. To access your inbox:
Select the Conversations tab on the navigation bar.
Click Inbox.
Prospect Broadcast
You can send broadcasts to prospects in the exact same way.
Select the Prospects tab on the navigation bar..
Select the prospects you'd like to message.
Click Send Broadcast.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to send broadcasts to prospects who have opted out of marketing.
