How do I activate and deactivate Ambassadors?

Managing your ambassadors when they are away or have withdrawn from their duties

Activating and deactivating Ambassadors can be managed from your University Dashboard. To perform this action, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your University Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Buddies tab on the navigation bar.

  3. Select the relevant Staff or Student tab.

  4. Search and select an Ambassador.

  5. Click the Activate or Deactivate button.

PLEASE NOTE: If the Ambassador is already activated, their name will be highlighted as normal. If the Ambassador is deactivated, their name will be greyed out and the Ambassador will no longer appear on any of the Unibuddy widgets or traffic drivers embedded across the site.

You can re-activate an Ambassador at any time by selecting their name and clicking Activate as per the instructions above.
