Overview The Assistant Email Lead Capture feature helps you gather email leads from prospective students who are engaging with your AI Assistant.

Once a student sends their second message to the Assistant, an email capture pop-up will appear. This ensures you're capturing details from genuinely interested prospects without disrupting the initial flow of conversation.

Captured emails are available in your Assistant Analytics Dashboard via the University Dashboard.

📌 Note: Basic Assistant leads where only an email address is captured are not visible in the Prospect Table. Prospects who sign up through the Chat journey, including where the source is Assistant, are included there.

You can export the email leads as a CSV or XLS file directly from the Assistant Analytics Dashboard for easy integration into your CRM or follow-up workflows.
