Once your Community has been created, you have added your Spaces, and have set your launch date; it's time to get your Ambassadors trained so they can assist you in managing and monitoring your Community.

From Aug 2026, Ambassadors are now surfaced to Community members in the Connect tab even if they haven’t joined that Community. This only lets Community members start a 1:1 DM with those ambassadors.
To participate in the Community itself, ambassadors still need to be invited and trained as normal.
