Recommended Steps:

As a first step, we would suggest that you log in using the desktop, clear your browser cache and use Google Chrome in the process.

After doing this step, you will need to uninstall the mobile application and then re-install it. This will solve the issue in the majority of cases.

  • What happens when you try to login?

  • Do you see an error message? If so, what is it?
