Due to recent tech updates, you may be experiencing issues logging into the Unibuddy app. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Recommended Steps:
As a first step, we would suggest that you log in using the desktop, clear your browser cache and use Google Chrome in the process.

After doing this step, you will need to uninstall the mobile application and then reinstall it. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact the customer support team and we will investigate further. This will solve the issue in the majority of cases, though.
