First of all, it may sound obvious, but are you using the correct email address? Your Unibuddy ambassador account is linked to the email address that your institution invited. Sometimes, we have seen ambassadors forget that their account is linked to their official institution email address, and try to log in with their personal email address!
Definitely using the right email address? OK - let's look at some recommended troubleshooting steps.
🌟 Recommended Steps:
1️⃣ As a first step, we would suggest that you log in using the desktop version using Google Chrome, and clear your browser cache.
2️⃣ After completing Step 1, you will need to uninstall the Unibuddy Ambassador app from your device, and then head to your App or Play store, to re-install it. This will solve the issue in the majority of cases!
