To transfer a Conversation with a prospective student to a University Admin, follow the steps below:
PLEASE NOTE: Currently, this feature is only available within the Ambassador Dashboard, and not on the mobile app.
Log into your Ambassador Dashboard and select the Inbox option on the navigation panel.
βSelect the conversation you'd like to transfer for your University Admin and click on the three dots next to the Resolve button, then click on Transfer enquiry.
3. Add as much information as you'd like to provide context for your Admin, then select the Transfer to staff button.
The conversation will remain in your inbox, but your Admin will now answer the question or take over the interaction on your behalf.
