Updating your Ambassador profile with as much key information as possible means that students have more to find in common with you, and more to ask you about!
For students considering which Minors they will study alongside their Major, being able to find an Ambassador studying a similar course structure can be a great way for them to figure out if this is the route they want to take.
To make your Ambassador profile as truly reflective of your college or university experience as possible, we would definitely recommend listing out your Minors.
To add multiple Majors and Minors to your Student Ambassador profile, see the step-by-step instructions below:
Log into your Ambassador Dashboard.
Navigate to your profile photo thumbnail, in the top right corner.
Select Profile.
You will see a preview of your profile as it currently appears. Select Edit Profile, located in the top right corner of the page.
Scroll down to the Area(s) of Study field. You are able to select the Degree Type - i.e. Major, Honours, etc from the dropdown list. (If you don't see the options you expect to here, please reach out to our University Admin).
Under Current Area of Study, you can choose the first Degree or course you'd like to add here (You will see your Current Area of Study under Degree Type - this will normally be your Major in first position).
Either choose an option from the dropdown list, or begin typing to find your course/program.
Click + Add another degree to list your next course, Minor, or specialisation.
Choose the Degree Type - i.e. Specialisation - from the dropdown menu.
Choose this Current Area of Study from the dropdown list or begin typing to see options.
When you have finished adding your courses or Minors, scroll down to click Save.
Your multiple Majors and Minors will then appear on your Student Ambassador profile.
