See the reasons below for why you may not receive SMS notifications for your chats:
If the user is active in the chat within the last 5 seconds.
If an SMS notification has already been sent for a particular conversation in the last 5 minutes.
If Whatsapp and SMS notifications are both enabled, Whatsapp notifications will take priority and only those notifications will be sent to the user.
