As an Ambassador, your Time Spent filter is calculated by your active period on both Chat and Community platforms through conversations, writing blogs, recording short videos, and any additional research time.
π Please note: Time you spend participating in your institution's Community (if applicable) is only tracked on the Unibuddy Ambassador app. This is not logged or automatically recorded in your Timesheet if you participate in your Community on desktop browser.
There are a couple of different ways that you can view this information, so you can keep track of where you are spending your time. This is also useful for your University Admin or Supervisor, as they can keep tabs on the time you are committing. If you are in a paid ambassador position, then your University or College may use your Time Spent to calculate your earnings.
In your Unibuddy Ambassador app: Simply open the app, tap the Resources tab at the bottom of the screen, and tap Timesheets.
Here, you will be able to view your total time spent, filter by different time periods, see a breakdown of how you are spending your time, and log any Research Time.
2. In your Ambassador Dashboard: Log into your Ambassador Dashboard and selecting the Time Sheet tab on the navigation toolbar, as indicated below:
Additionally within this tab, you have the ability to add, edit, and delete your Research Time.
To log this time, select the Add Research Time prompt on the right-hand side of the screen. From there, enter all of the relevant information pertaining to your research time (title, date/time, and description).
Once you have entered the required information, select Add Research. Your entered research time will then be added to your Total Time Spent counter.
Once your research time has been added, you will be able to view this information under the Research Log area.
