As mentioned in a similar article regarding multiple users using one account, a University will occasionally elect to have one Staff Ambassador account used my multiple Staff members.

This allows multiple users to sign in to the Ambassador Dashboard at the same time to answer questions from prospective students.

However, this functionality is not available for Unibuddy Live Events. If multiple users are signed into the same account within a Live Feed, the program will appear to glitch and not function as intended for those signed in under the same account.

In this instance, it's recommend that users create their own individual Staff Ambassador accounts for the purposes of participating in Live Events.
