I can't see a message a prospect has sent me?

If you receive a notification for a new message from a prospect, but upon clicking you cannot view the message.

On opening a new message, you may be presented with a blank page, this usually occurs when:

(i) A prospects account has been deleted from the system.

OR

(ii) The prospect has blocked the ambassador via the Unibuddy app.
