Requesting a new verification code
On the screen asking for your verification code, select Resend verification code. This will send a new code to the email address you signed up with.
If you don’t receive your verification code
Check your junk or spam folder
Make sure you’re logging in with the correct email address
Look for an email with the subject line:
“Your signup code is [code] – Unibuddy on [University name]”
It’s always best to request a new code, as older verification codes can expire.
If the email still doesn’t arrive, try:
Restarting your device
Deleting and reinstalling the Unibuddy Student app
Logging in again and requesting a fresh verification code
If your verification code isn’t working
Verification codes can expire (usually after 2 hours). If your code isn’t accepted:
Delete and reinstall the Unibuddy Student app
Log in again and request a new verification code
