Every time you receive a message via the app or the desktop site it will be accompanied by an exclamation mark in the top right that will allow you to report and block a prospect, follow the steps below:
Click the exclamation mark icon.
Select reason for blocking from list of options.
Provide more information in text box of reason for block.
Click "Submit".
The conversation will disappear from your inbox and the prospect will no longer be able to contact you. Details of the message will also be sent to your Unibuddy admin who can raise the issue further if necessary.
