Whether you’d like to chat with more prospective students - or take on a lighter load - here’s how it works.

📩 Want to receive more messages?

Try these tips to boost your visibility and encourage prospects to reach out:

  1. Post more content
Write a blog or record a video about your experiences, interests, or life at university. The more you share, the easier it is for applicants to connect with you - and they’ll be more likely to message.

  2. Complete your profile
Fill in all the fields, including your societies, interests, and favourite courses. A detailed profile helps prospects get to know you and sparks more conversations.

  3. Log in regularly
The system recognises active Ambassadors. Logging in often moves you higher up the list, making you more visible to prospects.

🙌 Getting too many messages?

No worries - there are options:

  • Your Unibuddy Admin can temporarily deactivate your account.

  • They can add more Ambassadors to share the workload.

  • Or they can highlight other Ambassadors, helping balance the number of chats across the team.

Tip: If you’d like to adjust your workload, talk to your Unibuddy Admin - they’ll help find the right balance for you.
