This usually occurs if you have indeed already registered in which case you can use the "reset password" option at https://ambassador.unibuddy.co/inbox.
You may have signed up as a prospect in error, in this instance you would need to delete your prospect account by using the following steps:
Login to the prospect web widget for your universities Unibuddy platform.
Navigate to "Settings".
Click "Delete" at the bottom of the page.
Get your Unibuddy admin to delete your current invite and send you a new one to activate a new link.
