Occasionally, the event link can take a user with a Unibuddy Admin account to an error page. In this instance, we recommend the following:

  • Clearing your Internet browser cache.

  • Using an incognito page in Google Chrome.

  • Turn off your VPN, as this can interfere with the Live Event platform.

  • Check if malware could be affecting the opening of the event link.

Additionally, there is a manual way to navigate to the event landing page if you see the error page. Simply add auth/login to the end of the event link.

It is extremely rare for prospective students or Ambassadors to experience any problems with the event link, but if they do, they should also try the above steps.
