We recommend dedicating an entire page of your site to your main platform widget. Additionally, consider putting some short, clear text at the top of the page to explain what the platform is for.

The page housing your Chat platform should be 'high up' in the architecture of your website - we would recommend no more than 2 clicks away from your home page. This means that the web address for your platform will be shorter - making it easier to navigate and find by students, and easier for you to share.

It should also be within an area of your website that makes sense to prospective students - someone that they would be likely to visit to find out more about what you offer. Examples of this are sections within your web structure such as 'Study', or 'Our Courses'. This makes navigation more intuitive for users.

Once you have decided on the location of this page, share the URL with your dedicated Onboarding Manager at Unibuddy. This will ensure all notifications and traffic drivers redirect to the main platform widget seamlessly.

On your "Go Live" day, make sure to drop your Unibuddy Onboarding Manager an email, so we can ensure your Analytics will begin to be tracked.

If you change your mind on the location of your main Unibuddy platform, that's not a problem, just share the new link with your Customer Success Manager so we can update it on our end.
