Incorporating staff ambassadors into your conversion activities for prospective students has been proven to boost not only enrolment, but also retention further down the line. We have a whole other article exploring the benefits of adding staff ambassadors, right here!

So, what kinds of staff ambassadors should you include?

Based on what we've seen work well for our 700+ partner institutions, we'd recommend departmental involvement, as well as including staff on an individual level. You could create the following segments for your staff members:

(i) Department Wide Profiles

  • Visas and immigration.

  • Finance.

  • Residential lif/accommodation.

  • Admissions/recruitment (UG/PG/International/Domestic).

  • Academic.

  • Student support/welfare.

(ii) Individual Staff Profiles

  • Admissions/recruitment reps.

  • Regional agents.

  • Academics/professors for high interest courses, or courses you would like to showcase - especially new programmes.

  • Finance Officers.

  • Visa Advisers.

  • Student Welfare Officers.
