If you are a student and you have a question is about your application, offer, acceptance, or admissions timeline, this will need to be answered directly by your university.

Unibuddy is a chat platform used by universities to connect you with student ambassadors.

We don’t represent universities directly and aren’t able to assist with admissions-related decisions.

Unibuddy doesn’t have access to university admissions systems and isn’t able to view, update, or influence:

  • Offer status or offer conditions

  • Acceptance or rejection decisions

  • Admissions or decision timelines

  • Course-specific admissions decisions

What to do next

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend that students:

  • Check your university’s admissions portal or recent emails

  • Contact the university’s admissions team directly if you still need help

Unibuddy is here to support conversations with student and staff ambassadors to help you learn more about student life and the university experience, but admissions decisions always sit with the university itself.
