Saved Answers are short, pre-approved responses to common questions such as:

  • Entry requirements

  • Accommodation

  • Scholarships or funding

  • Student life

  • Course experience

They’re designed to make replying easier and faster, while ensuring the information you’re sharing is accurate.

Where do I find Saved Answers?

When you’re replying to a message, tap or click Saved Answers in your chat reply area.

You’ll see two tabs:

  • Admin answers: responses created by your university

  • My answers: replies you’ve written and saved for your own use

How do I use a Saved Answer?

  1. Select a Saved Answer

  2. Edit or personalise the reply if needed

  3. Send the message when you’re ready

Tip: Always skim the text before sending. Make sure it sounds like you and fits the question the student asked. You can adjust wording, add personal experience or remove sections before sending your reply. The original Saved Answer won’t change, you’re just editing your message.

Can I create my own Saved Answers?

Yes you can save replies you’ve written yourself. These appear under My answers and only you can see or use them.

Admins control the official answers shown in the Admin answers tab.

Best Practice for Using Saved Answers

  • Add a personal touch, Saved Answers are a starting point

  • Check the reply still matches the question asked

  • Keep your tone friendly and natural

If something doesn’t look right or an answer needs updating, please let your admin know they can update Saved Answers for everyone.
