To update your welcome message:
Log into the Ambassador Dashboard on a desktop browser (not available in the mobile app).
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Edit Profile.
Scroll to the Custom Welcome Message field.
Type your message and click Save.
Your custom message will automatically appear when a prospective student starts a conversation with you.
Don't see the Custom Welcome Message field?
This means the feature has not been enabled by your university. Please contact your university admin and ask them to enable Custom Welcome Messages for ambassadors. Once they have enabled the feature, the field will appear in your profile in your Ambassador Dashboard.
Note: This is separate from the short bio shown on your profile card (popcard), which can only be edited by your university admin. Learn how they can customise popcards here.
