Please see a breakdown in the table below of the specific data points you will receive for each prospective student who signs up to your platform.

Key points to note:

  • The specific data points will vary depending on where the prospect signs up from (i.e the 'Sign Up Location').

  • You can identify the sign up location of a prospect via both the 'sign up location' and the 'sign up source' columns in your prospect table

The University Widget (i.e. the embedded chat platform on your website)

For each registered prospective student

  • Email

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Expected Entry Year (unless university has turned off)

  • Country

  • Interested Area of Study

  • Number of Conversations

  • Degree Level (unless university has turned off)

  • University marketing consent (Y/N)

  • Sign-up location (i.e. Unibuddy Widget used by the Prospect)

  • Sign-up Source

  • Has applied (Y/N)

  • Profile Created Date

  • Conversation summaries (If a Premium Plus Customer)

  • Any additional custom fields added by the university

Community

Since students have to be invited to join a community and Universities therefore already have data on each of these students, no data points are displayed in the prospect table for community users.

You can, however, see which students have been invited and/or joined your communities under the 'users' tab for each community.
