Can I turn off these notifications for some admins? No, moderation notifications are currently enabled for all admins by default. There is no option to disable them for specific admins at this time.
What if a message was incorrectly flagged? If a message was incorrectly flagged, admins can unblock the student in the University dashboard. This will allow them to resume conversations.
Can students appeal their block? No, students cannot directly appeal. However, admins can manually review flagged messages and unblock students if necessary.
Will ambassadors be notified of flagged messages? No, ambassadors are not automatically notified when a message is flagged. However, admins can choose to message them if further action is needed.
Can a student continue chatting with other ambassadors after being flagged? No, once a student is flagged, they are blocked from all conversations on the platform until an admin reviews their case.
βDoes it work in different languages?
It does work for non-english conversations. The model we are using (i.e the Multimodal moderation model) has been tested on 40+ languages and has a high accuracy rate.
