What should I do next?
Unibuddy To-Dos is live NOW, so there is no time like the present! To ensure that your incoming students have plenty to engage with, and to help them navigate the journey from application to enrolment, you should plot your upcoming deadlines and events as soon as possible. You might want to set these out ahead of time directly into your Community dashboard. You can add your To-Dos as drafts, so they are assigned to the correct communities and ready to go when you are. You can also edit and delete as and when you need to, to keep your To-Do list refreshed and relevant.
How often should I post To-Dos?
We recommend a steady flow of tasks to keep students on track - best practice is to add all relevant deadlines, events, and action items into your To-Do lists. Students can seamlessly engage with the tasks that are the most relevant to them.
Can I choose who sees specific To-Dos?
The short answer is yes - you can. You can select which community your To-Dos are published to - if you have multiple communities, i.e. an undergraduate/bachelors community, a post-graduate community, and an existing student community, you may have quite unique tasks and activities you'd like to send to each one.
You also have the option to choose which cohort receives which To-Dos - whether international, domestic, or all students. I'd encourage you to consider which tasks, events, deadlines, and activities are relevant to which cohort - for example, visa information, travel arrangements, international scholarships, etc will only be relevant to your international cohorts.
