Conversational summaries allow you to get a quick snippet of what your prospective students are chatting about on Unibuddy. This lets you better understand their motivations, needs, and sentiment so you can personalize their journey.
To view these, simply login into your admin dashboard and head over to the Prospects tab and select Manage.
Once here, find the prospect you would like to view a conversation summary for and select the 'View' link under the Summary column.
You will then see an AI-Generated summary covering the subjects the prospects have been talking about with your ambassadors.
