At this moment, you cannot add more data to an existing Insights report.
However, you can regenerate it with a new data set by using the same entry month and year in the upload view. The previous dataset used will be overwritten/replaced with the new dataset supplied. The system will also display a warning on the page.
To regenerate an Insights report with additional data, follow the instructions below:
Log into your University Dashboard.
Select the Applications option under the Insights tab located on the navigation bar.
Select the Add new dataset button located in the top right corner.
Add the exact same Year of entry & Month of entry as a previous entry. The system will also display a warning on the page.
5. Copy your new list of applicant emails (separated by commas), and paste them into the Insert applicant email addresses field. These email addresses will be anonymized automatically.
6. Select the Generate insights button. The Unibuddy system will then process the dataset, this process may take a few minutes.
7. Once this process is complete, select the Review Results button to view the insights generated.
