To send direct messages in Community, see the instructions below: 

<code>PLEASE NOTE:</code><code> This is only possible if you are part of a group chat within a Community. </code>

Click on the profile picture of the user you want to send a direct message.

A navigation bar will then open on the right-hand side of the screen. 

From there, a conversation will open in the Inbox area where you can then send a message.

3. Select the Send a message option.
4. From there, a conversation will open in the Inbox area where you can then send a message.
