To send direct messages in Community, see the instructions below:
PLEASE NOTE: This is only possible if you are part of a group chat within a Community.
Click on the profile picture of the user you want to send a direct message.
A navigation bar will then open on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the Send a message option.
From there, a conversation will open in the Inbox area where you can then send a message.
