Troubleshooting: Blank Area of Study field

Here's why Area of Study might not be pulling through to your CSV export or CRM for all prospects

If the Area of Study is not recorded in your CSV export or CRM instance for some of your prospects, and is pulling through as blank - there is a very simple explanation! This simply means that the prospective student has selected the I don't know yet option upon signup.

You can see how this appears to the prospective student in the example below:

PLEASE NOTE: The 'I don't know yet' option, and the Area of Study field, cannot be removed.
