The highlight colour on your Unibuddy platform can absolutely be updated.
You can send the updated Hex colour code to your Customer Success Manager if you have not yet launched or if your Unibuddy platform is currently live, you can send this to our support team by clicking the chat bubble in the right-hand side corner, we will then be able to submit the update on our backend.
Once the hex colour is submitted, your main Unibuddy widget will update automatically. However, your traffic drivers (Chat Bubbles, Popcards, etc.) will need to be re-embedded in order for the colour update to display.
