If a Staff Ambassador is having trouble logging into their Ambassador Dashboard and received the error message, "Only Ambassadors Can Login Here," perform the steps below:
Log into your University Dashboard.
Navigate to the Customization prompt and select Features from the drop-down menu.
From there, toggle the Chat To Staff option to the "on" position.
If you do not see the Chat To Staff prompt, please reach out to your CSM directly or the support team by clicking the chat bubble on the bottom right who can then turn on that feature.
Once the Chat To Staff feature has been turned on, the Staff Ambassadors will then be able to log into their Ambassador Dashboards successfully.
