There are several reasons why a Student or Staff Ambassador may have difficulty uploading a piece of content. See below for the primary reasons why this may occur:
A Topic has not been chosen. Be sure to select one of the available topics in the drop-down menu before attempting to upload your Blog. In the mobile Unibuddy app, this would be available under the Select Topic* prompt. If you do not see a topic that is relevant to your content, please reach out to your Admin or Supervisor who can add that Topic for you.
A proper header image has not been added to the content. Be sure that the image being uploaded is a high-quality JPEG, PNG or GIF file.
Once these two assets have been added to your content, it should upload without issue.
