Troubleshooting Tips: I can't upload my blog post or video content

Are you having trouble uploading a blog post or video? Here's why!

There are two reasons why a Student or Staff Ambassador may have difficulty uploading a piece of content - luckily - usually nothing is broken, and it's a very simple fix!

See below for the reasons why this might occur:

  • A content Topic has not been chosen. Topics allow your content to be categorised, making it easier to find by prospective students. Be sure to select one of the available Topics from the drop-down menu before attempting to upload your Blog. In the Unibuddy Ambassador app, this would sit under the Select Topic* prompt. If you don't see a Topic that you feel really matches your Content, please reach out to your Admin or Supervisor who can add that Topic for you.

  • A suitable Header Image has not been added to the post. Be sure that the image you're uploading is a high-quality JPEG, PNG or GIF file.

Once a Topic has been chosen and a Header Image has been added, your Content should upload without issue! If you do still have trouble uploading, please contact the Unibuddy Support Team.
