Currently the system only allows for 3 standard responses to be selected from by an admin should they need to respond to a prospect, these are:

1. Reason for absence unknown

Hi there! It looks like Ambo has not been able to answer your question as they are currently unavailable. Please accept our apologies and feel free to try another ambassador.


2. Ambassador on holiday/exam leave

Hi there! It looks like Ambo has not been able to answer your question as they are currently taking a break from Unibuddy. They will answer when they are back on-line, but in the meantime feel free to try another ambassador.

3. Ambassador no longer on Unibuddy

Hi there! It looks like Ambo has not been able to answer your question as they are no longer active on Unibuddy. Please accept our apologies and feel free to try another ambassador.
