How should I record a video?
You can use the Ambassador App to create and submit video content.
Most smartphones or tablets will be able to record high-quality footage and capture good audio. Not only that but using a smartphone will allow you to film on the go and without the need for any special equipment.
There are a number of free editing apps - including Filmmaker Pro, iMovie, and Pocket Video. Each app offers something different, so find the one that works best for you.
How do I upload video content?
You can upload a video directly from the Ambassador App. Simply click on 'Create' and then create a new video or upload from your video library.
PLEASE NOTE: A video can only be 90 seconds or less to be uploaded the Ambassador App. You will need to upload your video to YouTube before putting it on Unibuddy if longer than 90 seconds.
See the steps below for instructions on how to upload your vlog after being uploaded to YouTube:
Login to your Ambassador Dashboard.
Select the Blog prompt on the navigation menu.
Click the Write Blog Post button.
Select a topic from the drop-down.
Enter your Title.
Select YouTube Video as the post media.
Enter your YouTube video URL.
Click Create.
If you'd like to implement some additional context for your vlog, that can be added in the text box provided to go alongside your video.
