We have recently combined the Unibuddy Chat and Community apps into one seamless experience - the Unibuddy app - for prospective students to boost engagement even further! Your prospects will have all of their Chat and Community conversations, clearly labelled, in one place, allowing them to check in on your updates, chat to ambassadors, and make new friends from one user-friendly inbox.
How will prospects know about the Unibuddy app
After prospects send their first message, they will be prompted to download the app, where they can view ambassadors, read and reply to messages and read social posts.

📋 Note: Ambassadors will still see their Chat and Community conversations in two separate places- Unibuddy for Community groups and DMs, and Unibuddy Ambassador for their Chat conversations and Content creation tab.
