You are able to access and view conversations for staff in the same way that you can view the conversations with your ambassadors.
This can be accessed using the steps below:
Click "Conversations" in left hand side menu.
Click "Manage".
There will be two tabs which appear "Students" and "Staff". Click on "Staff".
You can now review and take action on conversations from here.
You will be able to see a visual of each conversation between each Staff member and prospective student.
