Our system will not allow two accounts to be created with one email address, even if they are different types of accounts (ie. applicant & ambassador, ambassador & admin).

Therefore, you will need to use a different email address to create a staff buddy account. We would suggest using either a department-wide email address or personal email address.

💡 Reminder: the applicants never see your email address, this can only be seen through the admin dashboard.
