Our system will not allow two accounts to be created with one email address, even if they are different account roles (ie. applicant & ambassador, ambassador & admin, etc).
Therefore, you will need to use a different email address to create a staff buddy / ambassador account. We would suggest using either a generic department-wide email address (marketing@ , as an example) or your personal email address to sign in as an Ambassador.
💡 Reminder: Applicants / prospects will never see your email address, this is only visible to your team members within your University Dashboard.
