1 Monitoring Conversations
Conversations for both staff and admin can be monitored and managed from the your admin dashboard, this is useful to help intervene when prospects have unanswered messages for specific amount of time or when a staff or ambassador is away.
1.1 How to view conversations?
This can be accessed via your University Admin Dashboard, please see steps below:
Click “Conversations” in left hand side menu.
Click on an ambassador’s name.
Then click on a Conversation; to read the conversation.
Personal information, such as name, will be censored.
1.2 How to filter conversations?
You can switch tabs between both "Staff" or "Student" conversations at the top of the page, highlighted in pink as seen in the screenshot below. You also have the option to see only "Unanswered" messages or "All messages" highlighted in yellow below:
1.3 Can I respond to the messages?
Yes, you can send a message to the prospect letting them know the ambassador is not available. You will also be able to mark an unanswered question as resolved if the conversation has reached an end using the green "Mark as resolved" button which appears on the bottom left of the chat box.
