Prospective students can connect with staff members at your institution using the Chat to Staff feature. You can use these staff profiles to make individual staff and departments more accessible to students on your university website.
These profiles will be added to a new tab on your Unibuddy widget, and can be activated and deactivated at any time. This can be accessed as follows:
Click "Buddies" in left hand side menu.
Click "Manage".
Click "Staff" tab.
