How should I record a video?
You can use the Ambassador App to create, upload, and submit video content.
Most smartphones will be able to record high-quality footage and capture good audio. Not only that, but using a smartphone will allow you to film on the go and without the need for any special equipment.
There are a number of free editing apps - but editing isn't necessary. We'd rather you submit something true to you and your experiences, than a super polished and edited video!
If you do prefer to edit, a few options are CapCut, iMovie, InShot, and VN Video Editor. Each app offers something different, so find the one that works best for you.
How do I upload video content?
Simply open the app, tap Create, and tap Video. From there, you can select Take a video to film something then and there, or choose Upload from gallery to add a video you've already taken.
🎥 PLEASE NOTE: Only videos that are less than 90 seconds and 500MB can be uploaded! This means your videos are quick, digestible, and serve up relevant content quickly.
✏️ Put it into practice
This exercise may take a little longer than the others - it's designed to take you from first idea to having your first piece of Content - either an article or a short video - ready to publish. Dive in by clicking the button below:
