1. Check you’re using the correct Admin email address
Make sure you’re logging in with the email address that’s set up as an Admin in the Admin Users section of the dashboard.
Using a non-admin email can prevent the dashboard from loading correctly.
2. Reset your Admin password
You can reset your admin password here
You should receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Check your browser and login page
Make sure you’re using the correct admin login page
Use Google Chrome for the best experience
Clear your browser cache
Try logging in using an incognito / private window
These steps often resolve issues where the page goes blank or freezes after signing in.
4. Try a fresh browser session
If the issue persists:
Clear your browser cache
Close the current browser tab
Open a new browser window
Log back into the University Dashboard
