Here’s what you can expect in your Unibuddy Ambassador app:
Unified account: Manage both Chat and Community messages in one place.
Community access: Join, post, and explore Community Spaces with ease.
Content creation: Create short, reel-style videos to share your experience - and write articles on topics from campus life to local food spots.
Prospect chats: View open conversations and resolve messages quickly.
Chat transfers: Hand over a conversation to another Ambassador, staff member, or University Admin with a single tap.
Saved Answers: Build your own FAQ library for quick, consistent responses.
Time tracking: Log your activity, including Research Time, directly in the app.
For security reasons, ambassadors are automatically signed out of the Ambassador App every 30 days and will need to log in again.
If you are an ambassador, please ensure you are using the Unibuddy Ambassador App and not the Unibuddy Student App, as the Student App is intended for prospective students/applicants rather than ambassadors.
