If you're an ambassador, make sure you're using the Unibuddy Ambassador App, not the Unibuddy App - the Unibuddy App is for prospective students and applicants, and doesn't give access to your Ambassador inbox or other essential features.
What's in the app?
Unified inbox - if your institution uses Chat and Community, you'll find your messages for both in one place, so you're not switching between apps.
Community Spaces - Join, post, and explore Community with prospects and other ambassadors*
Content creation - Film short, reel-style videos or write articles about your experience, from campus life to local food spots.
Prospect chats - See your open conversations and reply on the go.
Chat transfers - Hand a conversation over to another ambassador, staff member, or your University Admin in a single tap.
Saved Answers - Build your own library of go-to replies for the questions you get asked most.
Time tracking - Log your activity, including Research Time, directly in the app.
