When you sign up to use Unibuddy - whether to chat with a student ambassador, join a community, or contact a staff ambassador - youโre trusting us and your chosen university with your personal information. Hereโs what you need to know about how your data is used and protected.
Who Controls My Data?
The university is the main organisation responsible for your data. They decide how itโs used, and Unibuddy helps them by providing the platform.

How Long Do You Keep My Data?
Weโll keep your data for up to two years after your last login, in case you come back. After that, weโll delete it or make it completely anonymous so it canโt be linked back to you.
