We’ve partnered with Gecko to create a seamless integrated engagement platform that automates key workflows between Unibuddy and Gecko.
As part of the integration, students can now automatically receive their Community invites as soon as they reach a new stage in your Gecko workflow.
How to set it up
Navigate to the Community section of your Unibuddy admin dashboard, click on the 3 dots for a specific community, and then copy the Community ID
Create a new workflow in Gecko (please reach out to your CSM at Gecko if you need support with this step or the following 2 steps)
Create a new trigger/action in Gecko within that new workflow
Past the Community ID into the Gecko workflow
