Are you using the same email address?

If you have received an invite from Unibuddy or from your institution to join your Community, and you find that you can't access it, please ensure you are creating your Community account with the same email address at which you received your invite (either from Unibuddy or from your institution)

Seeing the error message below?

If you are seeing the below message when trying to join a Community, please contact the Customer Support Team ([email protected]) with:

  • Confirmation of the name of the Community you have been invited to

  • Conformation of the name of the University that has invited you

  • A screenshot of the email you received to invite you to the Community (the screenshot must clearly show your email address)
