Are there options to change the title of the Assistant or callouts?

We are currently prioritising the response quality, student hand-off to your staff/live chat/ ambassadors, and the overall student experience. However as more universities start using the tool, we expect to add customisation options in March onwards. We'd love to hear what you'd like to change and why so that we can start designing these features with you from now!
