The assistant ‘scrapes’ (reads) the content of your website, and all of the associated PDF’s and documentation, and stores that knowledge. When a student asks a question, the assistant is able to fetch the relevant information from the knowledge base, and formulate a new response specifically for that students question.
Our assistant is able to take into account the context of the conversation, and use that to improve the response - and is also adept and understanding when best to suggest other actions such as speaking to a person, or reading more about a topic.
