There are no current limitations to scale, and we don't plan to include limitations based on the coverage of the Assistant on your website. As we scale the platform, we may introduce 'cool downs' for students who've sent a particularly high number of messages in a single session - this ensures every new student enjoys a fantastic experience, but allows us to keep cost manageable (and predictable) from the Unibuddy end.
